Adam is a fully registered and endorsed Clinical Psychologist working in Melbourne, Victoria (registration: PSY0001826144). He obtained his Masters of Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne, and has since helped hundreds of people with a large range of presenting difficulties.
In addition to working private practice he has provided treatment for offenders in the justice system, worked in hospital outpatient settings, and provided drug and alcohol interventions to people experiencing addiction.
His work utilises an integrative approach, employing core psychological principles and a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities drawn from the psychodynamic and cognitive therapy traditions, including experiential dynamic therapies (EDT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and internal family systems (IFS).
His work focuses on helping individuals to increase their awareness and understanding of their inner processes, allowing them to become “unstuck” from unhelpful patterns of thinking and freeing untapped potential.
